CODE

Complete mastery in all sailing conditions.

Code Sails are a flat and furling-capable downwind sails that are defined by mid-girth measurements between 50%-75% of foot length.
These sails fit between upwind headsails and downwind gennakers.
The Code Zero model needs to meet at least 75% or 85% of the Spinnaker Midgirth (SMG) requirements to be classified as a asy Spi for certain rating rules (ORC).
Customized-shapes for this kind of sail are combined with a luff loaded sail structure to provide unbeatable speed and stability.
Usually, these sails are built using film-on-nylon laminates with x-ply aramid reinforcement to prevent distortion, except for bigger boats where membranes are the most suitable choice for best performances.
